§ 26-27. Frequency of collection.

(a)

Refuse accumulated by residences shall be collected at least twice each week.

(b)

Food handlers, including meat markets, restaurants, lunchrooms, hotels, and the other commercial establishments or businesses engaged in serving meals, shall be collected once each day Monday through Friday.

(c)

Where necessary to protect the public health, the city manager shall have authority to require more frequent collections.
