§ 2-20. Regular meetings.

(a)

The mayor and city council shall hold the regular public meeting at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month with the work session at 7:00 p.m. on the Thursday immediately preceding the fourth Monday of each month at the public safety building; provided, however, the mayor and city council may, by majority vote reschedule, with two weeks' notice, any city council meeting of any given month for another specified time, date and place.

(b)

Notice of any change in any given regular city council meeting shall be posted in the public safety building at least two weeks in advance of the meeting time, and the notice shall further be given in a newspaper in general circulation in the city.
