The mayor and city council after affording the grantee of a business tax certificate
or license five days' notice of the charges and opportunity to be heard with respect
to any revocation proceedings may, if it finds this Code, or any state or federal
law, to have been violated by the grantee, his agent or employee in the operation
of the business, may revoke any and all city certificates or licenses in their entirety,
suspend the same for a specified period of time, place the grantee on probation or
place other conditions thereon as the mayor and city council may deem necessary after
a hearing thereon.
