§ 112-29. Application requirements.

Unless specifically excluded by this article, any landowner or operator desiring a permit for land development activities shall submit to the city a permit application on a form provided for that purpose. Unless otherwise exempted by this article, a permit application must include the minimum requirements as defined in this article or LDM in order for the permit application to be considered.
