§ 112-170. As-built plans.

All applicants are required to submit actual as-built plans for any stormwater management practices located both on-site and off-site after final construction is completed in a format specified in the current LDM. The plan must show the final design specifications for all stormwater management facilities and must be certified by a professional engineer, landscape architect or registered surveyor licensed in the state. A final inspection by the city is required before the release of any performance securities can occur.
