§ 26-66. Application for water service.

  • The resident shall make application for water and sewer service, in person, at city hall. There will be a one-time account set-up fee charged for the cost of setting up each new service, re-establishment of service, and for temporary service. This fee shall be set by the city manager after consultation with the mayor and city council, and may be amended from time to time for water service and for sewer service. A picture ID and proof of residency will be required at the time of application.
