§ 26-67. Charges for initial water and sewer service.

Charges for initial water and sewer service shall be set by the city manager after consultation with the mayor and city council, and may be amended from time to time. The fee structure established by the city manager may set three separate zones with each zone having a distinct charge amount:
(1)

Inside the city limits;

(2)

Outside of the city limits but in existing service area; and

(3)

Outside city limits in area not currently served.
